Two New Fabrics From Suzanne Tucker

San Francisco designer Suzanne Tucker is considered the unofficial decor doyenne in the Bay Area. The latest designs for the two-year-old Suzanne Tucker Home textile collection show her skill with reinvigorating two things we’ve all seen before: embroidery and linen. The results are breathtaking.

Suzanne Tucker Fabrics

Our newest favorite fabric from Suzanne Tucker Home is… Nomad! We love this strie of velvet featuring a cut-and-loop pile. This fabric is plush and soft, with a texture and pattern in an intricate woven basket style.

Suzanne Tucker Home

This beautiful fabric is from Suzanne Tucker Home, one of the leading interior designers of today. Kiku is a very intricate design depicting staggered chrysanthemums and lotus roundels with interlocking arabesques on heavy linen.

Suzanne Tucker

The work of Suzanne Tucker, one of San Francisco’s blue-chip decorators, embodies a certain strain of old-school reserve and elegance done expertly well. As a result her fabric line is a microcosm of sorts – a kind of anthropologie of persistent classical motifs including toile, animal prints and palms.

Designing Women

San Franciscan Suzanne Tucker studied textiles in college and confesses that designing her eponymous line, which launched in 2010, tapped into part of her creativity she had been missing since her student days. Tucker is an avid collector who always tries to layer in antique pieces to her interior projects.
